The Box Tree

For something a little more special, The Box Tree is one of Ilkley's best-known restaurants. The restaurant has a long history dating back to 1962 and has previously held two Michelin stars.

If you're planning a visit soon, it's worth checking opening dates first, as the restaurant is currently temporarily closed for refurbishment and is due to reopen on 9th September 2026.

Bini Brew Co

For craft beer lovers, Bini Brew Co is definitely worth a visit. Located on Little Lane, Bini is an independent Ilkley brewery and taproom where you can enjoy a selection of its own small-batch craft beers in a relaxed setting.

The taproom is right alongside the brewery, giving visitors the chance to enjoy their drinks surrounded by the tanks where the beer is made. They also regularly welcome street food traders and host music nights, making it a great place to meet friends and enjoy an evening locally.

If you're heading back from a walk on Ilkley Moor and fancy a well-earned drink, Bini Brew Co is a great local option to add to your list.

The Station Pub

Located close to Ilkley railway station, The Station Pub is a traditional local option offering a welcoming atmosphere and cask ales.

The Gin Lounge

If cocktails and gin are more your thing, The Gin Lounge is another option in Ilkley and is within walking distance of the town centre.

And if you're looking for something more relaxed, there are plenty of traditional pubs around Ilkley and the surrounding villages.
